Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be done by email or phone and must be confirmed by an email or text from Cor-Ty Luxery Cuisine. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is received less than 72 hours before a scheduled drop-off or event. This Event Cancellation Policy applies to all attendees and participants of booked event organized by Cor-ty LuxeRy Cuisine. Please read this policy carefully before proceeding. Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be received by Cor-ty LuxeRy Cuisine no later than 72 hours prior to event date. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refund Policy: a. Cancellations made before 72 hours prior to event date will be eligible for a full refund. b. Cancellations made after 72 hours prior to event date will not be eligible for a refund. Non-Refundable Deposits or Fees: All deposits and processing fees are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date if any custom requests were added to event. Partial Refunds: Partial refunds for partial cancellations will not be provided. Force Majeure or Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, Cor-ty LuxeRy Cuisine reserves the right to reschedule the event or provide attendees with a credit for a future event. No refunds will be issued. Communication Process: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone. Communication of the Policy: This cancellation policy will be communicated during the booking process, on the event website, and in confirmation emails sent to attendees. Exceptions and Discretion: Exceptions to this policy may be granted at the sole discretion of Cor-ty LuxeRy Cuisine based on individual circumstances.
